Hi, I’m Amy, a freelance Events and Wedding Coordinator based in Suffolk. With over 5 years of experience as the on-site coordinator at the beautiful Henstead Pavilion, I’ve had the privilege of working on countless weddings and events, gaining valuable insight and expertise along the way.

Now, I’m excited to bring that experience directly to you! Whether it’s a wedding at a venue, a private home, or any other location in need of coordination, I’m here to ensure everything runs smoothly, so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

Starting with an initial meeting to discuss your ideas & requirements we will then create a seamless timeline to ensure your event runs smoothly from start to finish.

Package 2 - On the Day

This package is perfect for couples who have already planned their event and just need someone to take the reins on the day. Enjoy your celebration knowing everything is under control!

Package 3 - Bridal Bestie

As a Bridal Bestie, I’m here to take care of all the little tasks, so you and your wedding party can focus on enjoying your special day.

From ‘floofing’ dresses to handling emergency situations, I will be there as your perfect PA on the day.
